A cheap and easy modification to the Xbox360's directional pad(d-pad)
Just so people know, the controller is a regular 360 controller, but the webcame footage is Mirrored, so at times it will appear the controller is left handed/reveresed , when its not actually the case.

When I replaced the case on my XBOX 360 case, I bought a security torx 8 from my local elliots store. They seem to be the only not-online store thats sells them; because I checked at both Home Depot and Lowe's to no avail.

theres a way to get around the tamperproof screws without buing a new tox driver i just dilled them out with a very small bit but u can just snap them out with a small sloted svrewdriver by bending the point in the middle back and forth

yes you can. its really hard but i did it. I can put up a video. you have to bend that little part in the middle, preferably with a flathead and then use it to remove the screw

Just did this mod, it does work great, but I still find the d-pad has a bit too much play to it.
Still it is 100 times better than it was before I sanded it.
